This bike was restored in France by Franck Rencurel and is used by him off-road. In french publications this model was introduced as Gritti-Replica, deliverd with Corte&Cosso fork and rear dampers. Very special is the narrower mounting of the dampers (like Fg.-Nr. *001006#). this was never realised in MX models and the later GS models as well had the original mounting position.
The Gritti-Replica as of the 1982 moedel year was equipped with a 38mm Marzocchi fork and dampers from Oehlins (se as well Sektion 2 'Documents').
